Yeah, on second thoughts, we'll refer to it as mortar strikes, since the Luftwaffe had practically ceased to exist by then!

A bit like the Spitfire Bitter advert, "downed all over Kent, just like the Luftwaffe!"

I've got a 3 man water bomb launcher that I can bring, it will launch a water bomb appx 90 - 100 meters. Its great if using bramley apples with a crow scarer stuffed in, they normally airburst and spread bits of apple everywhere, but no pyro rule puts a stop to that :)

Funnily enough, we've had a few conversations regarding water "mortars", water "flamethrowers", etc, etc....! I think the consensus of opinion was that some don't want to get their uniforms wet, so it's probably not worth bringing mate.

Not that I want it to rain on our parade, but following the rule of P, what is the score in wet weather events? I appreciate some guys must have a lot of their hard earned in their pride and joy kit, that they dont want to get ruined, is the dress code relaxed to allow dpm gortex, or do you tough it out with ponchos and Zeltban? (apologies for newbness there) The nearest I got to oldish military waterproofs is Swiss Alpenflage, still if I wore that the Tommies would collapse laughing and we can assasinate their C/O :D

Last year, we endured "Churchill's Revenge", in the last week of June. You might recall that was in the middle of 2 months of solid rain. Most of us stayed the course!

The power of the Zeltbahn didn't let us down! But we did have to dry our steaming clothes by a big fire. Chommers burnt holes in his trousers!
